Customers are responsible for return shipping on all orders unless the mistake was on our part, then we will send a return label or offer a refund.
For exchanges please reach out to us within 15 days once the order is delivered. Customers are responsible for shipping the exchange items back to us and we will ship out the new sizes on our end. Any exchanges after 15 days will not be entertained.

Covid-19 Update: We are still on top of our shipping and each order is shipped out the same or next business day. Due to the global pandemic, your order may experience shipping delays by just a few days. We are working extremely hard to make sure you receive your order on time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
January - September: We ship out packages in 1-2 business days and then depending on location it make take up to 2-4 business days to be delivered. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday go out on Monday.
October - December: We try to follow the normal shipping days but due to peak season it may take longer for packages to deliver through USPS. You can contact us anytime to get a status on your order.
ILTEX Apparel uses USPS for small orders and FedEx for bigger orders.
